2025 Executive Leadership Program (XLP)

The Executive Leadership Program (XLP) is LGPro’s senior leadership flagship course designed exclusively for senior executives working in Victorian local government.The course has 24 participants who are selected by an independent panel. This course runs from February to August each year providing corporate partners an opportunity to sponsor the course over a six month period.The program addresses the challenges of senior leadership in local government and offers participants the opportunity to actively engage with a broad range of expert speakers and mentors from both inside and outside of the sector across key pillars of leadership.The course is offered via a mix of online sessions, face to face workshops and residentials at different locations. Participants in the program also have access to an online resource library and community.
