Trade Expo

The trade expo is the hub of the annual conference with all catering served in this area. The popular Welcome Event drinks are held in the trade expo which features the awards ceremony to present the CX Award, the Community and Integrated Planning Award and the Positive Ageing & Wellbeing Award on Day 1. On Day 2 the pre-dinner drinks for the Awards for Excellence will be served in the trade expo area.

Please note that exhibitor spaces for the two days are allocated by a first in approach and spaces will be released if payment has not been received within 28 days of issued invoice.

Single exhibitor space

Single 2m x 2m exhibitor space is $3,300 GST incl.

LGPro will provide one TV mounted on a pole - with preloaded exhibitor material at your stand. Your booking also comes with a rotating ad (silent) on a large screen in the expo, power and WiFi.

Double 4m x 2m exhibitor space is $6,000 GST incl.

LGPro will provide two TVs mounted on poles - with preloaded exhibitor material at your stand. Your booking also comes with a rotating ad (silent) on a large screen in the expo, power and WiFi.

Two company representatives to occupy the stand. Conference catering is free for two representatives. Additional catering will be $115 per person (includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea). Representatives are welcome to attend conference sessions.

Furnishing your stand

Exhibitors are responsible for furnishing their own stand.
Your furniture must not exceed the area of your stand.

Deadline to have your furniture ordered with Christian is COB 15 May 2025.

Once your exhibition space has been booked with LGPro, call Harry the Hirer, Melbourne to book your furniture and quote your Trade Expo Stand Number. Your order will be delivered to your Stand at the conference bump in and collected at the end of the conference. LGPro will arrange the bump in and out times.
