Why can’t I access member registration?

If you have an LGPro membership but are unable to access the member registration page, please contact info@lgpro.com – your membership has likely expired.

Member discounts are available for all individual LGPro members except for limited WebinarHQ memberships. Council Subscriptions are not memberships.

LGPro Young Professional members are entitled to a 50% discount for Day 1 and Day 2, with the exception of the Welcome Event and Awards for Excellence Dinner. Young Professional members will receive a discount code via email to apply during the checkout process. Contact info@lgpro.com if you have not received this email before registering.

How do I book a group for the conference?

Non-member registration buttons above will give you the option to book on behalf of up to five staff from your council. You will need their full name, email, contact number, position, and any dietary requirements at the time of registration. Member pricing is not accessible for group bookings – individual members need to register via the member registration buttons above.

How do I book a group for the dinner only?

Dinner bookings can be made via the Dinner Tickets section above. Bookings for 10 can be made by clicking the Book Table of 10 for Dinner button. Bookings for individuals or for a group of less than 10 can be made by clicking the Single Dinner Ticket button. Bookings of more than 10 can be made by first clicking the Book Table of 10 for Dinner button, followed by the Single Dinner Ticket for the remainder.

You will be asked for delegates’ full names, emails, contact numbers, positions, and any dietary requirements at the time of registration. If you do not immediately have these details, you can update incomplete guest information until COB 10 June 2026.

Dinner registrations close strictly at COB 10 June 2026 - or earlier if sold out. No new registrations or modifications to existing registrations (including dietary requirements) can be accepted after this date.

How do I know where I’ll be sitting at the dinner?

Awards for Excellence Dinner tables accommodate 10 guests. Larger groups will be split. LGPro endeavours to seat delegates from the same council together and to evenly split larger groups between tables, however this is not guaranteed.

How do I pay and receive a receipt?

Payment options include credit card (Mastercard and Visa) and EFT (a PO number will be required in advance for your invoice).

All registrations are followed with a confirmation email that includes a receipt and invoice (where relevant) attached.

When do registrations close?

Registrations for the 2026 Annual Conference close COB 10 June 2026 - or earlier if sold out. No new registrations or modifications to existing registrations (including dietary requirements) can be accepted after this date.
