Looking for a discount? A special “Member rate” is reserved for Individual LGPro Members (Fellow, Professional, Young Professional) – this does not refer to your Council’s LGPro Subscription. ^^Non-Members who accidently register for the “Member rate” will be re-issued registration invoices at the “Non-Member rate.” NB: Due to their geographical location East Gippsland Shire, Glenelg Shire, Mildura Rural City Council, Moira Shire and Swan Hill Rural City Council also qualify for the discounted rate.

I would like to Save with a Membership, what is the process?
If you're a non-member wanting to take out an eligible LGPro Membership to access member rates for the conference, you will first need to sign up for your membership which can be done directly online. Once paid in full, your profile will then be updated so that you can access member pricing.

I have an LGPro membership but cannot access the member registration page

If you have a membership but are unable to access the member registration page, please contact info@lgpro.com. It is likely your membership has expired.

What payment methods are available and will I receive a receipt?

Credit card payment (mastercard and visa card) Invoice - please note you will require a PO number to proceed All registrations are followed with a confirmation email with a receipt and invoice (where relevant) attached.

I am needing to book a group of staff to attend the conference

The non-member registration link will give you the option to book up to 5 other staff within your council. You will require to have their full name, email, phone, position in council and dietaries on hand at time of registration. Please note, member-pricing is not accessible through this method, in which case the individual with an LGPro membership will need to register through the member link.

Until when are registrations open?

Registrations for the Social Media Conference are open until midday, 15 March 2024. No new registrations or modifications to existing registrations will be permitted past this date.
