How do I register for this event?
Select the 'Register Here' link for your membership category (ie: member, non-member). Follow these instructions for a step-through guide.
I have an LGPro membership but cannot access the member registration page
If you have a membership but are unable to access the member registration page, please contact info@lgpro.com. It is likely your membership has expired.
I am needing to book a group of staff to attend the conference (for group dinner bookings see below)
The non-member registration link will give you the option to book up to 5 other staff within your council. You will require to have their full name, email, phone, position in council and dietaries on hand at time of registration. Please note, member-pricing is not accessible through this method, in which case the individual with an LGPro membership will need to register through the member link.
I am needing to book a group of staff to attend the dinner only
Use the group booking dinner link above to register up to 10 other staff within your council. Follow these instructions. If you already have staff details you will be requird to provide their full name, email, phone, position in council and dietaries. If you do not yet have all staff details you can update incomplete guest information until 26 April 2023.
How many seats are at the dinner table?
The Awards for Excellence dinner accommodates 10 guests per table.
What payment methods are available and will I receive a receipt?
Credit card payment (mastercard and visa card)
Invoice - please note you will require a PO number to proceed
All registrations are followed with a confirmation email with a receipt and invoice (where relevant) attached.
Until when are registrations open?
Registrations for the Annual Conference are open until COB May 19, 2023. No new registrations or modifications to existing registrations will be permitted past this date.
I would like to Save with a Membership, what is the process?
If you're a non-member wanting to take out an eligible LGPro Membership to access member rates for the conference, you will first need to sign up for your membership which can be done directly online. Once paid in full, your profile will then be updated so that you can access member pricing.
