Please use this registration form if you are wanting to make a group booking for the LGPro Awards for Excellence Dinner only. Otherwise, please refer to the LGPro webpage for member and non-member registration links.

 

Please note:

  • group bookings are for up to 10 staff, which is the equivalent of one dinner table. The price for one guest is $275 inclusive of GST (flat fee). The total amount for your group booking will be displayed on the summary page. 
  • if you are not booking a full table of ten, please note that we will do our best to seat everyone together, however this is not guaranteed.
  • guest details can be provided at the time of booking directly within the form. You will require their full name, email, phone, position in council and dietaries.
  • guest details that are yet to be confirmed can be completed at a later date, but all guest details are required to be complete by 23 May 2025.
  • if paying by invoice, a PO number provided by your accounts payable team will be required.
